His parents work as hunters. Allen often reads the hunting manuals written by them. He learned how to catch animals effectively, & what animals are good to eat. The manuals include animals which are extinct now.

Usually, they sleep inside caves in the depths of the ocean. Legends say that flapping their wings causes a storm that lasts for 40 days. Lugia's diet is mostly protein, due to the energy expenditure of both flight, swimming, & Aeroblasts. Lugia feeds on many creatures, including humans of ordinary size. Like ordinary birds, they swallow their food alive. Its stomach can store several people at once.

Allen captured one a few years ago. During the daytime, Allen is riding his Lugia & scanning around to find any sign of an accident or conflict.

Getting the legendary Pokémon has significantly expanded Allen's mobility, since it's capable of carrying such a giant human for thousands of miles.

Massive Body: Aside from being extremely tall for a human, Allen has gained a lot of weight. Thick layers of fat & muscle, which cover his entire body, nullify any punch or kick by anyone.

Shrink Ray: Allen strikes a mysterious beam from his fingers. If you get hit, you will shrink down to doll size. It's useful for dealing with bigger enemies.

Divine Protection: A layer of golden light always surrounds his entire body, giving him protection from attacks. The light deflects rifle bullets, sharp knives, & even deadly viruses. It's made of a supernatural substance called Divine Essence. He claims that it's a gift from angels.

Brightness: Moreover, the golden light is so bright that people can see him clearly in the dark. However, if you stay close to him for over 1 hour, the light will burn your eyes, leaving severe damages to your vision. This is why he usually steps away from people.

Lightsaber: Angels enhanced the golden light into the Lightsaber, his most powerful weapon. When it's time for him to fight, he generates a saber from the light. A single hit can severely injure or kill a human.

Sometimes, bad guys try to attack Allen. Apparently, his extreme height or beauty triggers some people's mind, such as jealousy or insecurity. Fortunately, the attacks have never been successful due to his Divine Protection. Whenever Allen gets attacked, he tries to purify the offender, with his Divine Essence.

Originally, every human could produce Divine Essence. DE used to make everybody happy. Love, courage, & hope used to fill the world. However, the ability has already diminished, due to the tons of chemical substances that humans have taken in. This is the result of that people gradually became greedy.

Allen is on a mission to impregnate all humans with his DE. Angels gave him special abilities and the mission, in order to make the world beautiful again. At first, the blonde guy thought it was an easy task. Things didn't go as he expected, though.
